HelpDesk
SpaceAge Care is co-ordinated from our dedicated help desk facility. All service requests are placed directly with our help desk, which manages each service call to provide prompt technical support to the client.The help desk can be accessed from anywhere in Australia using our toll-free number 1800-032-482. Video Conference access to the help desk is available on ISDN, by dialing +61 3 9389 2357.
To provide complete freedom of access, the help desk is also equipped with Internet email services. Clients can email the desk at any time, addressing communications to care@spaceage.com.au
